How much do you charge?

We have a variety of services so be sure to check out our prices & booking page to get up to date information. Our standard rate at this time is £13.00ph.

Do you supply the equipment & cleaning products?

Yes we do. We supply all cleaning products and cleaning equipment and if there is something else required for your next clean we will always look into getting the right equipment for you.

Are your cleaners DBS checked? 

Yes all our cleaners are DBS checked before sent to our clients homes.


What will you clean?

Pretty much everything possible within reason! If you want the back of your cupboards cleaning, we can do it. If you would like your bedding changed, we can do it, and if we can't we will learn or find someone who can, because we're here for you. You're the paying customer so don't be afraid to ask.

What if I need to cancel?

That's OK!. We understand things can happen and not always at the best of times. We want you to be stress free with us and that's why as much notice as possible is preferred, however a minimum of 24 hours will be acceptable. 

What if I go on holiday?

That's no problem. Call our office or tell the cleaner as soon as possible and we can just skip the time you're away and book you back in after. Or if you're happy to we can clean for your arrival home? the choice is yours!

Can I give my cleaner the keys to my house?

Yes. We will say this is completely up to yourself and we are happy to say we only have cleaners we trust and have background checked. We cannot take responsibility for any incidents, however we will cooperate to bring any criminal activity to justice in such events. Also some of our clients do prefer key safes which we are happy with either option.

Am I tied into a contract?

No! Just an agreement with clear rules and compliance. We would like to think you could tell us before leaving, but if you're not happy you're free to send the cleaner home and never use us again. 

Do I have to book weekly?

No! We have lots of different options, we understand not everyone needs weekly cleaning. We have 4 options available,




Random (when it suits you!)


What is the waiting/cancellation list?

We understand sometimes when we get very busy there isn't a lot of choice on available dates on our booking calendar.

If you join our waiting/cancellation list we will contact you to offer any cancellation slots that suddenly become available. These are not regular but may be handy on the one off cleans.

You can always decline and wait for the next opportunity if that suits you better. 


How/when do I pay??

However you prefer. We have many options, you choose and let us know. But be sure to check out all options for discounts and offers
